V.T.P.R. is a small group of researchers and investigators interested in paranormal phenomenon.  We study paranormal occurrences and try to help others understand what is happening.  Our goal is to unite individuals with a scientific understanding of such phenomena, wherein together we may illuminate the truth on this subject.  We research old and new phenomena and investigate with and open mind and a rational logic.
